DTS supplies a complete range of standard and custom equipment for the mushroom processing industry.
We specialise in mushroom slicing equipment for fresh and processed mushrooms, with hundreds of machines supplied worldwide. We supply standard machines in several versions, including manual or automatic infeed, various standard capacities (400 to 2,000 kg/h per slicer), and outfeed shaker with screen for separating fines. Our slicing machines are designed to be safe to use, and easy to clean and maintain.
For mushroom processing, we supply a full range of custom solutions for pre-cleaning, size-grading, washing, hydration, blanching, and cooling. These solutions can be supplied as individual machines or complete lines, including service platforms, controls, cabling and piping. We provide complete processing lines for the canned and frozen industry.
