DTS supplies a de-stemmer for frozen blueberries with a unique configuration. The DTS solution is radically different and new in the industry. Thanks to our expertise in building precision augers, we have devised a design that uses an internal transport auger inside the drum that turns in the opposite direction to the drum. The internal auger determines the retention time in the de-stemmer drum while the intensity of de-stemming is controlled with the outside drum sleeve.
