DTS auger conveyors are one of our specialities. We manufacture auger conveyors in horizontal, inclined and vertical models for whole and cut potato products. Design features to prevent product damage include minimal distance between auger and body, rounded auger blades in the receiving part of the auger, and progressive auger pitch to prevent overloading. A variety of options are available, including infeed hoppers (wet or dry), clean-in-place motorised spray bar, covers, load cells, different surface finishes etc. Auger diameter, configuration and length are designed for the required capacity, application and lay-out requirements.
