DTS supplies both auger and belt cookers (steamers) for use in the potato processing industry in various processes, such as potato flake, granule and co-products processing. We supply cookers in every capacity, from small to large. A variety of options are available, including integrated rotary infeed valve, outfeed options such as ricer and mash pump, and steam controls. Our cookers feature multi-zone direct steam injection with condensate removal to obtain a uniform cooking result. The body and lids are insulated to minimise energy losses and maximise safety. Other options include fully integrated service platforms with stairs and handrails, clean-in-place, etc.
