DTS auger coolers are used in the potato processing industry in various processes, such as potato flake, granule and co-products processing. We supply auger coolers water with counter-flow water circulation in every capacity, from small to large. A variety of options are available, including integrated cooling of water by a shell and tube heat exchanger or with fresh water. Outfeed from the cooler can be supplied with our unique independent-drive ferris wheel, with auger outfeed or by free float. Infeed, outfeed and by-pass flumes with manual or automated valves for product diversion can be included besides other options, such as fully integrated service platforms with stairs and handrails, clean-in-place etc.
