Vegetables Bin Systems

DTS supplies a range of buffer and bin systems for storing whole products underwater. The outfeed of the buffer is arranged with a horizontal discharge screw at the bottom of the auger and a vertical discharge auger to feed the next unit operation. Due to its design, these buffers ensure real first-in-first-out product buffering, and uniform outfeed from an uneven or discontinuous infeed. Alternative versions could include pumped outlets, inclined dosing bunker with dry or wet hopper, and various custom versions of the bottom auger.
